GLR6B Emulsified Asphalt Equipment

EQUIPMENT INTRODUCTION

This series of plants were specially designed to produce asphalt emulsion and modified asphalt emulsion. There are three models for choice: GLR6A, GLR6B and GLR10. GLR6A and GLR6B have the similar structure and introduce semi-automatic and manual control system, can continuously produce. They are mainly composed of one asphalt heating tank, two emulsion (soap) pre-mixing tanks with agitators, colloid mill, asphalt pumps, emulsion pump, control cabinet and pedestal. GLR10 introduces automatic control system and can continuously produce. It is mainly composed of water heating tank, one emulsion (soap) pre-mixing tank, two emulsion tanks, colloid mill, four Intermediate Bulk Containers for emulsifier, modifier, other additives, asphalt pumps, emulsion pump control cabinet, etc..



PERFORMANCE INTRODUCTION

    The rotation speed of asphalt pump and emulsion pump introduces Frequency control system, which is more accurate and high efficiency.

    The emulsion pump is an acid-resistant lining-fluorine centrifugal pump, which has a longer service life.

    All emulsion pipelines, valves and tank body adopt corrosion-resistant stainless-steel materials.

    The emulsion flowmeter can directly display flow quantity value.

    The GLR10 is equipped with high-precision electronic weighing system to guarantee materials proportioning.

    The GLR10 introduces full automatic control system. The production process can be conducted automatically and it allows to check out production records at any time.
